The meeting primarily consisted of discussion of weather to include or exclude given policies from a potentially expanded platform. As it stood at the end of the meeting, the sections for policies were the following:

Discussion was had on particular policies for nearly every plank. It was decided that a markets and economy plank should be written up for PNC approval. Below is the draft policy list for such a plank

MARKETS AND ECONOMY

• Ban betting on sports, war, politics in a prediction market.

• Have extensive prohibitions on insider trading in prediction markets with strong KYC.

• Ban members of congress from trading on stocks, as it is insider trading.

• Raise federal minimum wage to $15/hr

• Establish a board to govern future increases without congressional involvement.

• Eliminate the concept of a tipped minimum wage and raise it to minimum wage

• End stock buybacks

• Raise capital gains to the same level as income tax.

• Implement additional income taxes on income for an employee in a company who makes over a certain factor of the lowest paid employee.

• Explicitly be for increasing income taxes on the wealthy

• Free, easy, direct file with the IRS.

It was the consensus that specific language for a plank should be determined at the next meeting and subsequently sent to the PNC for approval.

Additional discussion of zoning reform/urban planning and k-12 education were postponed for a subsequent meeting.
