[9:10pm] Pirate_Joe: Currently we have been working on starting a bank account.  As I am aware, Megan and Joseph will be starting it and I will be added to it later as a temporary treasurer.

[9:11pm] Pirate_Joe: So all that is left is then voting on doing so, correct?

[9:23pm] Bosun: If I had thought about it we could have done everything in DC - if we had done the auth the week before.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: These are the changes I am purposing in conjunction with our Chair, Megan. The positions are as follows:

[9:24pm] jokeefe: First Mate
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Quartermaster
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Lookout
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Swab
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Swarmwise Director
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Webmaster
[9:24pm] jokeefe: These positions shall be defined as follows:
[9:24pm] jokeefe: The Captain or Chairperson, who shall manage all administration and operations of the PNC, act as the chairperson and spokesperson of the Party, and facilitate PNC meetings.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: The First Officer or Vice-Chair, who shall assist the Captain in managing the administration and operations of the PNC, and conduct business on behalf of the Captain or the Quartermaster in the event that the Captain is absent or incapacitated.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: The Quartermaster, Treasurer, is responsible for all accounts of funds and reporting those funds to the general public.  They will also be the main party involved in keeping records of the income of such funds.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Lookout, State Moderator, COC & Funds enforcer.  The main role of this council member is to ensure that disputes between states have an impartial party that can help produce a resolution.  The second role of this position is to work with the captains of each state with understanding and enforcing the pirate COC.  Lastly, any distribution of funds from the national level to a state level would then fall to the Lookout to ensure that the funds were used appropriately.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Swab,  Secretary, who shall keep records of the minutes and logs for meetings, tally votes, and maintain a database of the members who compose the PNC as set forth in Art. III §1.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Swarmwise Director, responsible for organizing all outside influencers to assist the USPP in our endeavors.
[9:24pm] jokeefe: Webmaster, master of the online.  In control of social media, video recordings and online presences to ensure we are putting our best foot forward.. 
[9:25pm] Pirate_Joe: This has to do will all the new roles of this council, which needs a vote of the states to be committed to our bylaws
