[9:04pm] Pirate_Joe: 1. Vote on starting a bank account and whom will be on it.
[9:05pm] Pirate_Joe: 2. Bylaws still in need of changing.

[9:10pm] Pirate_Joe: Currently we have been working on starting a bank account.  As I am aware, Megan and Joseph will be starting it and I will be added to it later as a temporary treasurer.
[9:11pm] Pirate_Joe: Bosun, did you acquire the EIN?
[9:11pm] Bosun: Yes.
[9:11pm] Pirate_Joe: So all that is left is then voting on doing so, correct?
[9:12pm] designanddraft: where to bank> i.e. credit union etc
[9:12pm] Bosun: I can mail you and joekeefe the IRS letter
[9:12pm] jokeefe: Who will have signing power and who will be responsible for keeping track of donations and expenditures?
[9:13pm] Bosun: If you have a bank in mind and if it has a branch in Chicago, we can do it.
[9:13pm] Pirate_Joe: Does not matter so long as we have online access.
[9:14pm] Pirate_Joe: We can do PNC bank and I'll take another trip to be added to it.
