jokeefe:

• updated some Drupal plugins and CiviCRM to latest versions.
• attempted to update Drupal to 10.3.1, but encountered a conflict with a component it shares with CiviCRM. Looking for a solution.
• will update install notes.

jokeefe and Nomad verified that the sign up form is working again.
