[10:06pm] Joe: She keeps contacting me asking for support. I already asked this council what was required to be taken seriously by this council.  She I believe is running as a non-party.

[10:19pm] jokeefe_: Tech update: Silas and I talked and came up with a list of things to do. He sent it to the tech list for comment. i provided access so he can move the wiki to wiki.uspirates.org

[10:20pm] Joe: Motion to adjourn after we come up with an agenda for next meeting and request that the agenda for next meeting be posted to the SAB

[10:21pm] Joe: I would like to talk about which states are active, and if so, please contribute to the National fund.  MAPP will be donating $1 by Friday.

[10:22pm] Sayyida: thought the meetings were changed when I tried to retrire. 
[10:22pm] Sayyida: can we make up our minds yet on times?
[10:23pm] jokeefe_: we did, so that the other MA rep would be able to attend, but it hasn’t worked out for his schedule. Would like to find a time when NY/GA reps could attend

[10:23pm] Sayyida: as for states active, it looks like only MA is the only one that is "technically active"
[10:24pm] jokeefe_: not suggesting we have to decide now. we can decide next week. just putting on the agenda
[10:24pm] Sayyida: so if we must, lets get rid of the other standing states. Start over again, and then schedule the times so MA can work with it

[10:24pm] Joe: The funds that you sent to me were doubled to create the current account.  It has not been a year yet.

[10:25pm] Joe: After speaking with jokeefe, we are just staying ahead of the curve by donating another $1.

[10:26pm] Sayyida: the bylaws have not been configured to include "dues" as the requirement
[10:27pm] Bosun: attendence would be nice.
[10:27pm] Sayyida: until then i suggest we table the notion of obliterating other states
