Much discussion and motions made about Indiana's probationary status and whether it should come back into PNC member status. Agreement was made to push any consensus about their probationary status to the September 7th Jitsi meeting.


New Business

Candidate Updates:
-Candidate Blase Henry talking about first draft for campaign announcement video and looking for feedback.
-Relaying that to other candidates to seek feedback within the Pirate Community.
California Attendance:
-California and their respective reps have not been present for the past many meetings. Discussion of Probationary status was pushed to the next Jitsi meeting and a general warning that if California doesn't fix their attendance issues and have a rep attend, there will be a motion on whether they should be moved to probationary status until attendance issues are fixed.
Discussion of Trump Chicago National Guard Threat:
-reports of plans being confirmed at least a month in advanced.
-discussion on what to and how to prepare.
IRC Discussion and it's viability:
-Rowan brought up the effectiveness and availability of IRC and potential alternative.
-pushed to the next Jitsi meeting on September 7th for research on potential alternatives.
