Reports

  • Drew Bingaman - campaign updates. He has a handful of meet & greets in the next few weeks for gathering signatures. Currently plans for a large push for signatures on Saturday June 27th. He requests for anyone available near the area of Northumberland PA to help. He has reached out to the Forward Party for a possible endorsement for his campaign.

State Parties

  • AZPP - Their Plunder Hunger Food drive has been relatively successful. Food drive ends on June 23rd. Anyone in Arizona is encouraged to help with it. Arizona is considering protesting IHS closing its facility in Tuscon. They will move forward with a protest once they get in contact with the relevant stakeholders. They also have a new method of planning for what events to officially attend. AZPP is considering endorsing a candidate for a local election. Arizona wants to use letters to the editor as a method for future outreach.
  • ILPP - The ILPP met prior to this meeting and ratified the previous PNC bylaws changes.

Press Committee

  • Press Committee - There was a meeting last Friday of the Press Committee. Work was made as to posting strategies, and two shorts were made, one has been posted.

Old Business

Removing CA from probationary status =

  • Florida moves that California is demoted to observer status Illinois seconds.
  • Mitch says that California has fixed their website.
  • Drew says that it is important to still be able to get quorum, and a lack of CA does decrease the ability to reach quorum.
  • Joe says as lookout that he can reach out to California to get them back to PNC member status.
  • Rowan says that there should be some expectations of state organizations at the PNC.
  • Wanda says that once California has its representative that Florida would be happy to endorse California's rentry. She desires for the PNC to not be toothless.
  • Florida calls the question.

  • CA dropped from the PNC. Number of members has changed from 10 to 9.

New Business

State ratification for the last PNC bylaws changes

  • AZ, IL, FL have ratified the up-to-date bylaws
  • Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Texas have to ratify bylaws changes.
  • A committee was formed that will be meeting on Wednesday at 9PM CT/10PM ET to review election procedures and potentially give a changed version for PNC approval next week.

Discussion on 2026 Conference and Thoughts on 2027 Conference Location

  • Election results from 2026 conference were unanimously approved.
  • Tabled for the next meeting

Meeting adjourned, vote was 7 in favor with Maryland abstaining.
