Old Business

Conference Theme Selection:

 -After extensive discussion, the committee decided on a theme.

 -Officially, combining both history and pride, the theme is "Hoist the Colors and Spill the Tea".

 -Unofficially, the theme is a long "Pirate McPirateface" tagline with the official theme at the end.

New Business

New State Party and Candidate Updates:
AZ:

 -The AZPP had another in-person meeting and talked much about their soon election, no kings day and more.

MA:

 -The MAPP held their elections and voted for a new board.

Platform Update:

 -The platform around "Opening our Government" was updated to include "proportional representation, candidates should have less barriers to ballot access, and voter registration should be automatic."

PNC Meeting Schedule:

 -The schedule for livestream meetings have been updated for the upcoming holidays.

 -There will be no livestream meetings on the 5th and 12th and return on the 19th.
