• jokeefe will draft an amended bylaw. Something such as:

Annual Meeting

The annual meeting will start on the two weeks prior to the first Sunday of June. Annual officer elections will be held on the first Sunday of June. Nominations for officer are due two weeks prior to the election. Candidates are expected to answer questions during these two weeks.

[9:06pm] Bosun: I am suggesting the election being held from the last Sunday in Maay to the first Sunday in June. That would provide a six month offset from fall elections.
