[9:07pm] Sayyida left the chat room. (Quit: This computer has gone to sleep)
[9:08pm] Bosun: I am a little distracted ... we are having a 2YO meltdown here.
[9:09pm] pmchi: I noticed the official USPP Twitter hasn’t been active in over a month
[9:09pm] pmchi: Ahh, 2 year olds are the devil himself
[9:09pm] jokeefe: few words and two speedy legs is always a challenge.
[9:11pm] Olivia_: One of my nephews is younger and he makes a way to the large tv and oven I chase after him trying to explain the hazards of one can fall on him and the other can burn him.
[9:11pm] Bosun: He talks a lot.
[9:12pm] Bosun: Yes ... why is that? Anyone know?
[9:12pm] Olivia_: My youngest nephew likes throwing food. lol
[9:12pm] Bosun: USPP twitter that is.
[9:13pm] Bosun: I don't think I have the keys.
[9:13pm] Olivia_: It was active during the election night special.
[9:13pm] jokeefe: liz does.
[9:13pm] jokeefe: iirc
[9:15pm] Bosun: OK ... we need to coordinate media better.
[9:15pm] jokeefe: aye
[9:15pm] Sayyida joined the chat room.
[9:15pm] Momma_turtle joined the chat room.
[9:15pm] Sayyida: My apologies. Baby Pirate had to go to bed.
[9:16pm] Bosun: He threw a ball at Momma's diet coke.
[9:16pm] jokeefe: I’ll get a post up about the latest Mass. pirate news videos
[9:16pm] pmchi: You NEVER throw a ball at momma’s Diet Coke
[9:17pm] Bosun: can you do my PR ... though we are past impeachment.
[9:17pm] Sayyida: pmchi, he was on an anti-bed rampage anyways
[9:17pm] jokeefe: Latest video up at https://youtu.be/iNmARO-KKW4
[9:18pm] pmchi: Young and foolish, one day he’ll love his bed
[9:18pm] Bosun: Lucky he does not tweet.
[9:18pm] Bosun: He actually asked yesterday.
[9:18pm] Sayyida: the diet coke was the line that I drew and his diaper butt crossed it
[9:18pm] Sayyida: yea yesterday was a freak incident
[9:19pm] Sayyida: also TOTORO???? excuse me I thought i was the only weeb adult who wears anime suits
[9:20pm] Korath: It mentions on the Pirate Party website that Oregon has a active Pirate Party but I have not been able to find anything about them. I came here to attend this meeting to find more information. I have been reading through the wiki and the No Safe Harbor to learn more about the Party Platform.
[9:20pm] jokeefe: Totoro hoodies are popular in my family
[9:20pm] Bosun: Not active ...
[9:21pm] jokeefe: Yes, Korath, we need to update that.
[9:21pm] Sayyida: we do not have an active Oregon party, do NOT have an active party. would you like to start that?
[9:21pm] pmchi: Yeah could change that real quick if you wanted to get more involved
[9:21pm] Olivia_: !
[9:22pm] Olivia_: How have Joe and family been since weeks ago I remember a possible Covid scare and quarentine?
[9:23pm] Joe: Everyone came back neg except for the daycare <3
[9:23pm] Bosun: Since we have no strict party discipline and no rigid party doctrine we sometimes misplace state.
[9:23pm] Joe: Extra Daddy duty for me
[9:23pm] Korath: Would be difficult for me to form one was hoping to assist one all ready in place through volunteer work. Would it be possible to help one of the existing committees instead?
[9:23pm] Joe: Thanks for asking
[9:23pm] Olivia_: That's great news that everyone is okay!
[9:24pm] Sayyida: oof. that's rough Joe . happy your all ok though
[9:24pm] Bosun: Yes join outreach ... meets tuesday 9 pm. Eastern
[9:24pm] Joe: Yeah, even the people whom I know caught it are making it through. Just rough though
[9:24pm] Bosun: same IRC channel
[9:24pm] Joe: Bosun, one more thing
[9:24pm] Korath: Noted will try to be in attendance
[9:25pm] Joe: I both called and sent you an email from my company gmail, did you get it?
[9:25pm] Sayyida: Korath, that depends on your state requirements but find 2 other people and you need to do what your state needs for "establishing a party"
[9:25pm] Olivia_: Korath, I think Bosun said this week's outreach is cancelled?
[9:25pm] Bosun: It was strange ... I'll reply
[9:25pm] Sayyida: We won't be having an outreach meeting this week Korath. Bosun had said it earlier in the meeting i am not sure if you were in here yet
[9:26pm] Olivia_: There's no Party in my state either.
[9:26pm] pmchi: And when it comes to actually establishing said party, you won’t be doing it alone. The USPP will help you set up at the state level. Bosun is helping me with Illinois
[9:27pm] Bosun: At least a toe hold.
[9:27pm] Korath: Forming a party at the state level would be difficult since it mentions that I would need 22,000 signatures minimum
[9:27pm] Korath: Forming one at the county level might be more feasible will look into it
[9:27pm] pmchi: 22,000 for one time ballot access?
[9:28pm] Bosun: For ballot status. Not necessarily for a party.
[9:28pm] jokeefe: The key thing is to start getting people together Korath and start doing things
[9:29pm] Olivia_: Start now so when Covid "ends" then you can move forward faster.
[9:30pm] Joe: So there are updates to Raft, the total amount you can apply for is now 10k and can also be used for utility bills too
[9:30pm] jokeefe: meet.jit.si is a good video platform to us

[9:32pm] Joe: and we were at time
[9:32pm] Bosun: It is not that bad unless you want a Presidential candidate.
[9:33pm] pmchi: Which we shouldn’t be running anytime soon anyways
[9:33pm] jokeefe: best to run candidates for state rep/local office
