Old State Party and Candidate Updates:
-Drew Bingaman Campaign:
-Drew shares updates on setting up his campaign bank account, receiving donations, and planning petition signing events. He needs 300 signatures from Democrats in a short three-week period in late February/early March to get on the ballot.
-Wanda makes a motion to formally endorse Drew Bingaman's campaign for state house, which is seconded and approved.
2026 Conference Updates:
-The PNC are exploring venues like the Armory and Marriott, considering attendance numbers for location choice.
-Family-friendly activities like a duckboat tour and a walk along the Freedom Trail are also being considered.
-Joe also advised attendees to book accommodations early due to the FIFA Soccer World Cup happening concurrently in Boston.

-AZ:
-Blase reports Arizona gaining a third representative for PNC meetings.
-Plans to collect petition signatures and host a table and speech at an upcoming Tucson Free America Walkout event on the 20th.
-MA:
-Joe discusses being approached by a group advocating for term limits and Massachusetts's stance in favor of term limits.
-OH:
-Mitch mentions that Ohio gubernatorial candidate Tim Grady appeared on Talk the Plank.
-NV:
-Hunter Rand had an appearance on the US Transhumanist Party's virtual enlightenment salon.
-WV:
-Ty announced a new law in West Virginia that prevents independents from voting in primaries, urging other states to oppose similar measures and suggesting contacting the ACLU.
Discussion on Signature Collection:
-Much discussion between Joe, Drew and Blase about collecting signatures and thoughts, ideas and advice about collecting signatures.
Outreach Committee News:
-Wanda Ward reported that the outreach committee met to discuss ideas for assisting state parties, including providing business cards and materials for in-person distribution and recruitment
Platform Committee News:
-Discussions were proposed for the platform committee regarding term limits and "uncap the house," an initiative to remove the cap of 435 representatives in the House of Representatives.
