New State Party and Candidate Updates:
-IL:

 -Mitch from the Illinois Pirate Party mentions weekly in-person meetings.

-PA:

 -Drew shares efforts to re-energize the Pennsylvania Pirate Party, highlighting the need for candidates in the local election year.

Public Domain Day:

 -Discussion of the creativity sparked by works entering the public domain.

Bylaws Amendment for Annual Meeting:

 -A proposal is made and unanimously approved to amend Article 6, Section 2 of the bylaws.

 -This change provides greater flexibility for the annual meeting's location (online or in-person) and dates (June 1st to August 31st), with the date and place to be decided by May 1st.

Snap Elections Discussion:

 -Mitch proposes adding a new section to Article 6 concerning "snap elections" as a fail-safe if annual elections are not held.

 -The members decide to move this discussion to their Discord channel to get broader community input.
