• Meeting Called to Order at 8:06 PM EDT.
• Began discussion for ratification of PNC Bylaws amendment for vetting process.
• Called Secretary Blase Henry to explain the exact text of amendment, did not have exact

text.

• Wanda finds exact text of the amendment in the livestream video for USPP’s May 3rd

Meeting

• Text reads “To be eligible for PNC Officer positions, all candidates must complete an

interview conducted by an individual appointed by the PNC.”

• Wanda motions to ratify PNC Bylaws amendment, David seconds.
• Motion passes 2-0
• Began discussion on nominations for FLPP officers
• Mars questions the necessity for officer nominations given lack of attendance.
• Wanda reasons that we should operate as though we will someday have the people to

fill all roles.

• Discussed setting a meeting date to select officers.
• Wanda proposes Saturday May 30th as a meeting date.
• David says that May 30th may be too soon.
• David asks when the last meeting was. Wanda states the last meeting on record was

July of 2024.

• David asks if we have anyone new to nominate for officer positions. Wanda answers that

we do not.

• Claire joins the meeting at 8:32 EDT. Wanda tells Claire what is currently being

discussed.

• Claire agrees on May 30th. Wanda asks if the same time works. David agrees, same

time works.

• Wanda moves to adjourn, David seconds.
• Meeting adjourned at 8:36 EDT by a 2-0-1 vote.
