Interstate Conflict Resolution

• Onoroski requested that the following to be considered

Interstate Conflict Resolution If two or more states have a concern or issue with each other, then first we are to have the captain's of each state set an official meeting and report to the PNC chair. If the captain's of each involved state are unable to reach a resolution, then the issue must be raised to the chair or vice-chair. From there, it is at the discretion of the PNC chair or vice chair to bring the issue to a PNC meeting or send to mediation via the Lookout. If brought to the PNC, it would fall under emergency resolution and thus have to be addressed immediately. If the issue is sent to the Lookout, then both parties will have ample opportunities to resolve the issue on their own or through the mediation process. Both resolution methods will be binding and made public if utilized.
