Arizona

• AZPP ICYMI: 8/26/2026 meeting: Outreach & Committee Updates: Nothing to report other than continuing to work on PayloadCMS. Write In Campaign: Yard Signs/Video Ads/Organizing First Campaign Rally: Our 10 yard signs came in on Wednesday morning and we received them the next day. They look amazing! We will be placing them in strategic places around the Legislative District 17 such as intersections on important roads(ie Tangerine & Oracle roads), libraries intersections, near campuses, etc. We are also organizing a Campaign rally at the Naranja Park in Oro Valley for either the 7th or the 14th. We will be giving speeches, offering soliciting materials, etc and such and hopefully get some news media present for the rally and spread the word as much as we could with flyers. We are working on securing the rental for the park as soon as possible. Phoenix event decision: We made a decision. On September 9th, we will be attending a Saber practice in Tempe(Eastern Phoenix)! [1](https://www.meetup.com/syndicate-saber-united-saber-practice-at-the-park/events/316208391/?eventOrigin=group_events_list "https://www.meetup.com/syndicate-saber-united-saber-practice-at-the-park/events/316208391/?eventOrigin=group_events_list") Tohono O'odham being invaded response: On Wednesday, the Tohono O'odham nation was invaded by masked federal agents, trespassing and greatly violates the sanctity of the Tohono O'odham nation. We talked about ways about what we can do to support the Tohono and decided on rally/protest. However, after Devon discussing with the Tohono Chair, trying to host a rally/protest but any rally must be hosted by an enrolled tribal member of the TO tribe, other wise us doing is not possible. So we would have to find another way.

• Tabling at Libraries Idea/Canvasing: We brought up the idea of tabling at libraries and canvassing on a regular basis for the AZPP and the Write In Campaign and more or less agreed to do it without much deliberation. It was pretty much a done deal. Merch Update: We made some updates with the merch. Things have progressed slowly, production has been difficult to establish. That said, we are working on the promised t shirts to those who won the t shirt contest a while back and go from there on production. Tucson Itinerary for PNC Conference Update: We talked about Tucson for being a potential hosting city for the PNC Conference. We addressed and discussed what was necessary/expected of us, included ideas and such to give an expectation of what tucson could bring as a host city.

Florida

• The meeting planned for Saturday August 29th has been postponed to Monday.

Illinois

• Next meeting on Sunday the 13th, they will continue to try to meet twice a month.

Maryland

• Next meeting is scheduled for the 6th of September

Massachusetts

MAPP plans to table at an anarchist book fair, and they will be doing camera events. Working on doing crypto parties and working with meshnet people. They are continuing to have regular meetings.

Platform Committee

• Platform met on Tuesday August 25th, We primarily worked on a bodily autonomy plank. Future topics of discussion will be native relations and a more broad environmental plank.

Outreach Committee

• The Outreach Committee met on Thursday and worked on templates for materials to be used. At the next meeting there will be a Q&A with state parties on what support national can provide and outreach in general. this is scheduled for Thursday the 10th.

• Onoroski moved to approve the minutes as amended from August 23rd PNC meeting, Ward seconds.

Old Business

Election to fill upcoming PR director Vacancy

• Due to vetting committee not having met, Ward motioned to postpone election to the September 13th meeting, Onoroski seconded.

motion passed 4-0 with 1 abstention.

• Ward asks that the election committee will write up a procedure for 1 week timetable for procedures for running an election.

New Business

Withdrawal from All Hands for a Free Future

• There has been discussion between some people in the party on the state of coalition with the transhumanist party, with specific concerns about the democratic structure of the transhumanist party. Placed on Old Business for the next PNC meeting.
