the PNC quorum procedure.
- Light discussion, no objections.
- Wanda moves to ratify the PNC Bylaws change, David Seconds
- Mars questions the necessity for officer nominations given lack of attendance.
- Wanda reasons that we should operate as though we will someday have the people to
fill all roles.
- Motion passes 2-0
- Wanda proposes Saturday May 30th as a meeting date.
- David says that May 30th may be too soon.
- Discussed the next meeting date, Saturday June 13th at 8 PM EDT.
- Wanda moves to adjourn, David seconds
