PNC Vacancies:

-There is a vacancy for the Director of PR and expected to be filled soon.

Bylaws Proposal:

-Wanda and Mars proposed a change to the bylaws to allow the removal of an individual officer with a three-fifths majority vote, rather than requiring the removal of the entire board.
-There was much heated discussion and wanting to have such a bylaw change at a board meeting instead of 'behind closed doors'.
-The motion was then proposed to table it for the next meeting after Super Bowl weekend to think about it and at a board meeting with no objections.

PPI withdrawal:

-Our withdrawl from the PPI has been implied but not officially voted on.
-A motion to officially withdraw from the PPI was made and seconded.
-The reason being that the PPI the USPP wasn't really members, at least anymore and it is just a loose end to close.
-Vote was unanimous for both.
