Vacant Board Positions Election:

 -The primary focus of the meeting is the election to fill two vacant positions: Director of the Online(Web Admin)and PR Director

 -The Candidates for Director of the Online - Mars Bale (OH)

 -The Candidates for PR Director - Joseph Wolson(PA), David Hall(FL)

 -Mars Bale is elected as the new Director of the Online and Joseph Wolson is elected as the new Director of PR.

"Individuals over Institutions" Platform Change:

 -The Platform Committee met and reworked the text of the "Individuals over Institutions" plank

 -The new wording emphasizes that people hold ultimate power and institutions should not crush the will of the people

 -A motion was made for a vote, with a second.

 -The vote was unanimous.
