Endorsements presently depend on whether the PNC votes on endorsing or not. It also depends on if they are running as an independent and simply want our endorsement or if they want to run as a Pirate

I haven't made any further moves since then because there are still many things I am waiting for on my end that may prove running incapable for now. But that is my intent for now.
