[9:01pm] OGPAF: I have offered to stay on as webmaster
[9:01pm] Sayyida: I am not running for anything, and this will be my last meeting for a while

[9:02pm] Pirate_Joe: There was a few more but not enough to cover all the requested posts.
[9:02pm] Pirate_Joe: Not even Vice-Chair?
[9:02pm] jokeefe: Really could use a Vice-Chair

[9:04pm] Sayyida: thank you jokeefe for understanding. I have been having mental health issues for the past few months
[9:04pm] Pirate_Joe: Though sadness is occurring, understanding we all have.
[9:05pm] Sayyida: do we have enough people to fill the main positions though
[9:05pm] jokeefe: Chair, Treasurer, Secretary
[9:05pm] Sayyida: we have at least 3 so we are safe
[9:06pm] Pirate_Joe: And webmaster

[9:13pm] Pirate_Joe: Since this meeting was about making things official for the next year, I have little to do on the agenda for this week.

[9:14pm] OGPAF: ok - new site is coming along swimmingly
[9:14pm] OGPAF: I would be happy to show it to anyone
[9:14pm] OGPAF: we have a federal elections thru Minnesota loaded with the new RCV code
[9:15pm] OGPAF: and we have just started a new communications plan with content daily for the next two to three months
[9:15pm] OGPAF: campaigns for membership, schwag, and volunteers are all coming this week
[9:15pm] OGPAF: I hope you all willl like them
[9:15pm] OGPAF: thats it

[9:16pm] Pirate_Joe: My schedule has been very chaotic but I will try to make some time this week to connect with you on it.
