Old State Party and Candidate Updates:
ByLaws Change:

 -The proposal for a change to the bylaws allowing the removal of an individual officer with a three-fifths majority vote, rather than requiring the removal of the entire board from the previous meeting was brought forth.
 
  -A motion was seconded and the vote was unanimous.

New Business

New State Party and Candidate Updates:
-AZ:

 -Report from AZ's in person meeting on the previous Saturday. Much was discussed about growth, campaign, state election and more.

 -AZ's first party rally will be on March 1st.

Drew Bingaman Campaign:

 -Drew provides updates on his campaign, including the opening of the petition period for ballot signatures, upcoming public petition drives, a meet and greet, and an appearance on a local Pennsylvania Democratic podcast.

 -He also announces his new campaign website, drewfor108.com.

Vacant Board Positions:

 -The party discusses two recent vacancies: PR Director and Director of Online.

 -The plan is to put out a message for nominations to fill these positions by next week.
