Why is Flock a garbage company, deserving this sort of callout?

A useful way to punch back: multiple courts have found flock roadway cameras to be public information. Submit public information requests alongside any other complaints about them. These have a useful chilling effect as the state is less than pleased to share the dystopian fruits of its labor. For private businesses the best you've got is complain and avoid unless you have better recourse in your state/community.
