Election Committee:
-The annual election committee for this year's conference was established.
YPUSA bylaws change:
-A bylaw change to the YPUSA was passed to align membership requirements with the USPP to prevent non-Americans from voting and participating in official YPUSA business.
New Business
USPP Bylaw change:
-A vetting process for anyone to become a pnc board member was added to the bylaws
-The vote was unanimous.
Banning betting on Politics:
-A proposal was made to the bylaws to ban PNC board members from betting on Politics.
-The proposal was sent to platform committee to work on the proposal further.
Maryland becomes PNC member state:
-Maryland was formally granted representation at the PNC, bringing the total to 10 member states.
-The vote was unanimous.
CA Probationary Status:
-CA lack of attendance and web presence failure were raised.
-A vote was called to send CA to probationary status.
-The vote was near unanimous with one abstention from IN
