Indiana Party prohibition status discussion:
-Motioned to table/pushed it to September 21st since Indiana didn't have a rep to defend itself.
IRC to Jitsi until November 9th:
-A motion was made to enact a transition period from IRC meetings to Jitsi meetings open to the public until November 9th, the specifics include

  -Testing public Jitsi meetings over a period of 2 months 
-Evaluating the successfulness and productiveness of public Jitsi meetings at the November 2nd PNC Meeting
-Phasing out IRC meetings over a period of 2 months (specifically until November 9th)
-If successful, permanently hold public meetings every other Sunday on Jitsi starting November 9th, if unsuccessful continue to use IRC until a suitable replacement is found

-Much discussion was made the specifics.
-Worries about the workload it might put on the Scribe, Blase said to not feel bad about as it is his job
Jitsi recording options were discussed such as OBS, Camtasia Studio 8 and a recording feature in Jitsi.
-A motion was called to a vote
