FISA Section 702
Suggested by James O'Keefe of the Massachusetts Pirate Party
Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) is set to expire in April. It allows warrantless surveillance.
There are efforts to reform it with support from both Republicans and Democrats. Members of both parties support reauthorization and the Biden administration has asked for a one year extension.
