Due to the incongruity of prediction markets with the rest of the platform, the following policies were discussed for the formation of a new plank.

*Have extensive prohibitions on insider trading in prediction markets with strong KYC.
*Ban members of congress from trading on stocks, as it is insider trading.
*Raise federal minimum wage to $15/hr.
*Eliminate the concept of a tipped minimum wage and raise it to minimum wage.
*End stock buybacks.
*Raise capital gains to the same level as income tax.

Consensus was that the policies for prediction markets were sufficient to send to the PNC as a potential stance, but that determining the exact text of this plank and other policies to include/exclude requires more time.

* Substantially lower the pedestrian volumes required to justify a crossing.
* Reduce the standard lane width in cities to 10ft.
* Require landlords to provide a public rent history.
* Properly fund the section 8 program.
* End algorithmic price fixing of rents
