Meeting called to order at 8:00 EDT

PNC bylaws were changed to add additional methods for voting. 

Text of Bylaws change: Replace Article IV section 3, subsection 3, item 1 with. " 3. Officers shall be elected via one of the following methods via silent ballot as selected by the PNC: Instant-runoff, Runoff, Ranked pairs, Schulze, Borda, Approval, Score, or Score Then Automatic Runoff (STAR)."

David said he was fine adopting the bylaws change. 

Ward moves to ratify those changes, Matthew seconds

Motion passes 3-1. Bylaws change is ratified

There is currently a vacant treasurer role and secretary role. 

Nobody expressed interest in those roles. 

Matthew mentioned a windows user group in his area where he could potentially do outreach for the FLPP. 

Ward mentioned the need to potentially rewrite the FLPP bylaws and constitution.
